Communicating Your Preferences
Your comfort is our priority. Feel free to communicate your preferences at any time, including:
Pressure (deeper or gentler)
Room temperature
Lighting or music
Conversation or quiet relaxation
If something doesn’t feel right, please let your therapist know—open communication helps us provide the best experience possible.
Eating & Drinking
Please avoid eating for at least one hour before your session.
Avoid alcohol on the day of your treatment and drink plenty of water before and after your appointment.
Medical Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, please inform us when booking and remind your therapist before your session begins.
Our therapists are licensed professionals trained to notice potential concerns, but they cannot diagnose medical conditions. If a contagious condition is suspected, services will be discontinued and you may be advised to seek medical care.
Comfort, Privacy & Nudity
You are never required to be unclothed in front of anyone. Therapists practice professional draping at all times and only uncover the area being treated.
If you are uncomfortable undressing fully, please discuss this with your therapist—your comfort always comes first.

Your Health
Please stay home if you are unwell. You may return once you have been fever-free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication.
